Quantum Enterprise Accounting (QE2) is a New Zealand developed fully integrated SQL based accounting system that may be installed as a single user or multiple user application.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / INVOICING

The Quantum Accounts Receivable / Invoicing module provides all of the tools you need to maintain your customer database, including a fully featured invoicing environment that provides facilities to:

• Record sales details and produce invoices statements and credit notes
• Account for GST
• Manage prompt payment discounts
• Record customer enquiries, produce and overdue accounts quotations and create sales orders
• Analyse debtor performance and sales
• Enter customer payments, receipts,

THE QUANTUM DOCUMENT DESIGNER

The Quantum Document Designer enables you to format key documents such as invoices, packing slips, statements and labels. Whether it is simply moving the layout around to suit a particular form or adding your company logo, the Quantum Document Designer gives you the flexibility to maintain the highest standards of presentation in your financial documents.

TIME AND COST

The Quantum Time and Cost module provides you with the facilities to keep track of the time spent, disbursements incurred and services supplied whilst undertaking work for your clients. The Quantum Time and Cost module enables you to create “events” with a client file and track activity within these events including invoiced and un-invoiced (WIP) transactions and where circumstances dictate – write-offs.

CASHBOOK / BANK MANAGEMENT

The Quantum Cashbook / Bank Management module addresses the management of cash based Income and expenditure and importantly your company’s bank account(s). The Cashbook module integrates with the Accounts Receivable, Payable, General Ledger and Project modules. As with all Quantum transactions the facility to drill down through transaction values to trace their point of entry is available throughout the module.

GENERAL LEDGER

The Quantum General Ledger is the very measure of the pulse of your business. Delivering a high level of functionality combined with the Quantum design philosophy of intuitive ease of use the General Ledger affords up to the minute analysis of the health of your company. Integrating powerful Excel based budgeting, flexible accounting structuring and powerful report writing the Quantum General Ledger lets you see where your business stands and where it’s going.

Quantum API

The Quantum Application Programming Interface is designed to enable third party applications to read and write directly to the Quantum database whilst at the same time retaining the highest level of data integrity. Unlike the Data Interchange module which requires data to be prepared in a fixed range of formats the API allows seamless interaction between the third party application and Quantum.
